Hello Sutton Coldfield, 

My name is Mark, and I want to share my story with you. 

I’m not a career politician. In fact, like many of you, I’ve spent most of my life focusing on my family and our community. But in 2021, I found myself at a crossroads. The city and country that my family and I love so deeply were deteriorating, and I could no longer sit on the sidelines. I knew I had to step up and fight for change. 

What I’ve seen over the years has only strengthened my resolve. The establishment is rotten to its core—detached, self-serving, and utterly out of touch with the struggles of everyday people. 

 Why I’m Standing for Change 

Nationally, the Conservatives have squandered a decade of opportunity. Instead of using their majority to serve the people, they’ve focused on their own interests, leaving behind massive economic, social, and cultural damage. Excessive and poorly managed migration, which was neither necessary nor beneficial, has strained communities like ours. 

Locally, it’s hard to say what the Conservatives have done at all. They’ve taken the people of Sutton Coldfield—and your votes—for granted, giving little in return. 

And Labour? Things have only gone from bad to worse. Led by a lacklustre “two-tier Keir,” Socialist Labour seems determined to dismantle Britain from within, dragging us further into chaos.

Every day, I feel a deep sense of frustration. The headlines reveal the same disturbing stories: the abuse of young British girls covered up, career politicians enriching themselves with freebies, and an establishment that prioritizes power over principle. Enough is enough. 

Why Sutton Coldfield Matters to Me 

Sutton Coldfield is more than just a constituency to me—it’s my home. My wife and I have lived here for decades. We raised our family here, sent our children to school here, and built a life surrounded by this amazing community. 

We’re fortunate to live in such a wonderful place. From the beauty of Sutton Park to the hardworking people and thriving businesses, Sutton Coldfield is a true gem. But I can’t ignore the changes that threaten our town and its future. 

The truth is, I stood in the last election as a REFORM candidate because I wanted to represent the people of Sutton Coldfield, not an establishment agenda. I stood as one of you—a concerned constituent who believes in our town and its potential. 

A Message for Lifelong Conservative and Labour Voters 

I understand that many of you have voted Conservative—or perhaps even Labour—for your entire lives. I also know some of you may feel unsure about supporting a party like REFORM. But let me tell you this: we are not part of the establishment.

We are a party focused on the best of Britain—protecting free speech, encouraging critical thinking, and preserving British culture. We’re here to challenge the status quo and fight for the future of Sutton Coldfield and the UK as a whole.
